Structure & Leadership
SMCANA has a history of being led by accomplished physicians who have served in the
leadership team. Our past presidents have always been passionate individuals, and torch
bearers to keep the vision alive. They stand as the pillars for the currently thriving organization.
Other team leaders, president elect, secretary and members have been key in supporting the
organization. Currently SMCANA is led by a dynamic team who aspire to share and work
towards the common goal.
The leadership of SMCANA consists of the President, President-elect, Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, six executive committee members and Board of Trustees members; Acting on behalf of all alumni.
The Board of Trustees, and Executive Committee will be appointed per bylaws. The Executive Committee shall have the authority to act for and on behalf of the Corporation in the recess of the General Body.
